Using a beliefbase condition.

Explanation

In this example it is shown how a condition for monitoring some belief state can be created. If the condition triggers a plan will be executed in response.

Belief Summary
`beliefset Tuple`	`egwords` This beliefset contains the english-german dictionary as facts.
`belief int`	`transcnt` This belief stores the number of translation requests already processed.
