Test a perform goal with context condition for goal suspension.

This agent has a perform goal associated with an increment plan that increments every second the belief count. The perform goal has a context condition that directly maps to the state of the belief . Setting this belief to false (with the BDI-Viewer) results in the perform goal suspension.
