public class AgentRules
extends Object

Static helper class for agent rules and actions. The agent rules serve the following purposes: - start agent (when agent start = creating -> initialize capability) - terminating agent (when agent finished executing end gaols/plans -> set state terminated) - terminate agent (when agent state = terminated -> cleanup / remove interpreter)

Returns:

An array [restname, scope].
